This would be a great feature to have. Sometimes I input my tasks as I go, and I do prefer to group my tasks by project. So in cases where I add a task for a project I first entered, the drag feature would be nice do I can move the task to its respective group.

An insert/new entry feature between tasks would also do the trick.
